My Golan is an independent directory of businesses and places in the Golan Heights. Listings come from public information and from the businesses themselves.

הגולן שלי הוא מדריך עצמאי לעסקים ולמקומות ברמת הגולן. הרישומים מגיעים ממידע פומבי ומבעלי העסקים עצמם.

We check what we publish, but details change. Opening hours, phones and prices can be out of date, and a place can be closed. Please confirm with the business before you travel. The directory is offered as it is, and a listing is not a recommendation or a guarantee. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by relying on a listing.

Free listingsרישום חינם

A basic listing is free, with no subscription and no monthly fee, for as long as My Golan operates. Businesses can also ask for a storytelling film and more photos. That is quoted by email and agreed in writing before any work begins. Half the price is paid before filming. The owner sees the finished film first. If the owner does not want it, the balance is waived and the film is not published.

רישום בסיסי הוא בחינם, בלי מנוי ובלי תשלום חודשי, כל עוד הגולן שלי פועל. עסקים יכולים לבקש גם סרט שמספר את הסיפור שלהם ותמונות נוספות. לכך ניתנת הצעת מחיר בדוא״ל, ומסכמים בכתב לפני תחילת העבודה. מחצית המחיר משולמת לפני הצילום. הבעלים רואים את הסרט המוגמר ראשונים. אם הם לא רוצים בו, היתרה מבוטלת והסרט לא מתפרסם.

Corrections and removalתיקונים והסרה

A business that wants its listing corrected or removed writes to hello@my-golan.com, and we do it by the end of the same working day, Israel time. A request sent on Shabbat or a holiday is handled on the next working day.

עסק שרוצה לתקן או להסיר את הרישום שלו כותב ל־hello@my-golan.com, ואנחנו עושים זאת עד סוף אותו יום עבודה, לפי שעון ישראל. בקשה שנשלחת בשבת או בחג מטופלת ביום העבודה הבא.

Pictures and filmsתמונות וסרטים

Some films on the site are illustrative animations, and each one says so on screen. They show the feel of the Golan, not a real recording of a particular business. Business names and marks belong to their owners. A business that sends us photos or text confirms it has the right to them and lets us show them on its listing, until it asks us to take them down.

חלק מהסרטים באתר הם אנימציות להמחשה, וכל אחד מהם מציין זאת על המסך. הם מראים את אווירת הגולן, ולא צילום אמיתי של עסק מסוים. שמות העסקים וסימניהם שייכים לבעליהם. עסק ששולח לנו תמונות או טקסט מאשר שיש לו זכות בהם ומרשה לנו להציג אותם ברישום שלו, עד שיבקש להסיר אותם.
