The company

What we do

We farm at Natur, on the southern Golan above the Sea of Galilee. The company runs the farm, the Natur plant nursery, and my work as a guide and teacher with groups who come to walk the land. Groups also come up to the farm itself for an evening at a long table, with the lake turning copper below and one teaching on the ground they are looking at.

How we work

In 2026 the company moved its whole operation onto Claude Code. An agent chief of staff reads the mailbox and holds the board. Subagents read, check and count, and nothing they report is believed until it has been checked against the source. A mission engine plans multi-step jobs and carries them to a verified finish. A cost ledger measures every delegated task. A media studio routes image and video generation across providers by price. Every word a reader sees is written by a person, and every decision is mine.

Shipped this year, on that stack

• The Natur nursery website, built on our own footage.
• This site: my guiding and teaching work, with a growing teaching library.
• Two weekly letter communities, each with its own site and its own letters.
• A 3D night-earth page that shows, in aggregate, where our readers are.
• A book, Walking into the Pages, the Bible in 85 stops, with its companion app.
• An iOS app built with Expo, now headed for App Store review.
• Short films in my own cloned voice over AI-painted scenes of the land.

Next year

The Watch, a small daily app for iOS, through App Store review and into use. The companion app for the book. And the operations stack itself, hardened: the mission engine, the verification seats and the cost ledger that let a small farm company run like a staffed office.
